NOTIFICATION:All Public, Private schools and all Educational Institutions of Punjab to remain closed for Winter vacations starting December 25th, 2020 to January 10th, 2021.
ANNOUNCEMENT: No decision made on closure of Schools in Punjab today. Next meeting will be on Monday 23rd November 2020 for further review of the COVID 19 situation. All options are being discussed. No immediate decision for now.

In continuation of this ministry notification of even number dated 19 march 2020 and in the back drop of pandemic of covid-19, National coordination committee on the recommendations of inter provincial education ministers meeting held on 26th march 2020 has decided that all the education institutes in the country including public and private schools colleges universities and madaris shall remain closed till 31st may 2020. The closure will be treated as summer vacations.
